- The return process must be initiated within this 30-day period to be eligible for a refund.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags still attached.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
Custom Items
- Please note that custom-made items are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned. All sales of custom items are FINAL.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Restocking Fee
- We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
