Return and Refund Policy

 

 

At Gossip Apparel, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. To assist you, we offer a hassle-free return policy.


Return Time Frame

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items.
  • The return process must be initiated within this 30-day period to be eligible for a refund.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags still attached.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Custom Items

  • Please note that custom-made items are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned. All sales of custom items are FINAL.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 Restocking Fee

  • We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@gossipapparel.com
